Team Leader ( PHP, React Native )


  • Lead and manage the technical aspects of software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high coding standards.
  • Gather and analyze project requirements, translating them into actionable plans and tasks for the development team.
  • Architect and design software solutions using PHP and React Native.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the PHP and React Native ecosystem.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, designers, and product managers.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
  • Estimate project timelines and resources effectively.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment where open communication is encouraged.



  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on PHP and React Native.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing software development projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with the following technologies is a plus:
    • Version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
    • Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
    • Testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit, Jest)
    • Continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI)
    • Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
    • Database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
    • Front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) depending on the specific needs of the role.
  • Must be eligible to work in India with a preference for candidates residing in Kerala
  • Must be flexible to work on any technology 
  • Mostly remote but should work from office, when project requires it
