We are looking for a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical applications using VB.NET. You will work closely with stakeholders, including developers, designers, and clients, to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Design, develop, and test web applications using VB.NET
• Implement efficient and reusable code following best practices and coding standards
• Perform database development and optimization using MS SQL and/or MySQL
• Troubleshoot and debug existing code to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution and knowledge sharing
• Clearly communicate technical concepts and progress to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals

• 5+ years of experience in VB.NET development
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience with MS SQL and/or MySQL database development and administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience working with US clients and willingness to work overlapping hours (preferred)
