Objective

Innovation Incubator group of companies, since its inception, has seen itself as a corporate citizen responsible to the society and has pioneered in undertaking activities which promote various social and charitable outcomes. Innovation Incubator has also, over the years, undertaken various social and charitable activities directly and through NGOs such as ‘SevaSaroj’ and other various organizations.

In order to carry out the charitable activities in a structured manner and to streamline and provide more focus and direction to the activities undertaken by the Company in its sphere, we have formulated a policy on Corporate Social Responsibility (hereinafter described as “CSR”). This policy has been prepared in line with the requirements of the Companies Act, 2013.

We recognize that our actions have an impact on the environment, communities, and individuals, and we strive to make a positive difference. Our CSR policy is driven by the following vision and mission.

Vision

Our vision is to be a leader in corporate social responsibility in the Startup ecosystem and Technology Services industry. We aim to integrate ethical, sustainable, and socially impactful practices into every aspect of our business operations. By doing so, we seek to contribute to the well-being of society, protect the environment, and create long-term value for our stakeholders.

Mission

Ethical Conduct: We commit to conducting business with the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and transparency. We will adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Our relationships with clients, partners, employees, and stakeholders will be based on mutual trust and respect.
Employee Well-being: Our employees are our most valuable asset. We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment that fosters personal growth, career development, and work-life balance. We will promote diversity, equality, and fair treatment for all employees, regardless of their backgrounds.

We will seek opportunities to collaborate with non-profit organizations, social enterprises, and government entities to maximize our positive social contributions.Innovation Incubator foundation is dedicated to empowering women in IT by partnering with IT companies who offer various programs that provide training, mentoring, and networking opportunities as part of their CSR initiative to help women succeed and make a significant impact in their field.

Implementation

Innovation Incubator will undertake its CSR activities either directly or through Innovation Incubator Foundation and or such other eligible entity or organization as approved by the CSR Committee.

The surplus arising out of the CSR activities shall not form part of the business profit of the Company. Such surplus shall be spent towards its CSR activities in accordance with this policy.

Monitoring and Reporting

Innovation Incubator aims to evaluate the impact of its CSR programs through a standardized methodology and process. An internal monitoring mechanism is in place for effective implementation of CSR activities and programs.

CSR Committee Formation

The CSR Committee includes the President and Vice Presidents of the respective companies.

Policy Review

The policy shall be subject to review as may be deemed necessary and in accordance with any regulatory amendments. Key managerial personnel may review the policy from time to time.

Partnership Opportunity

Organizations can register their interest to partner on programs. Innovation Incubator will review partnership proposals based on factors including but not limited to capacity, expertise, and interest, as well as alignment to our vision and mission.
