Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced, high-performance, and scalable Flutter applications.
• Translate designs and wireframes into efficient and elegant code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.  
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the improvement of our development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development using Flutter.
• Strong understanding of Dart programming language and its ecosystem.
• Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Riverpod).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON data.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for building high-quality user experiences.
• A strong portfolio of published Flutter applications (preferred).
