Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience to contribute significantly to our company’s growth and employee satisfaction. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in fostering team engagement, driving learning and development initiatives, and building strong employee rapport. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, talent development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

  • Team Engagement:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale.
    • Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
    • Organize team-building activities and social events.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Learning & Development:
    • Identify training needs based on performance evaluations and business objectives.
    • Develop and deliver effective training programs.
    • Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans.
    • Collaborate with managers to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
    • Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues.
    • Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a timely and fair manner.
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Generalist Duties:
    • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
    • Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
    • Administer benefits programs.
    • Provide support for payroll and compensation.

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on team engagement, learning and development, and employee relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and trust with employees at all levels.
  • Experience with performance management and talent development programs.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
