We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience to contribute significantly to our company’s growth and employee satisfaction. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in fostering team engagement, driving learning and development initiatives, and building strong employee rapport. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, talent development, and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Team Engagement:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
- Organize team-building activities and social events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs based on performance evaluations and business objectives.
- Develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans.
- Collaborate with managers to identify and develop high-potential employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues.
- Conduct investigations and resolve conflicts in a timely and fair manner.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- HR Generalist Duties:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
- Administer benefits programs.
- Provide support for payroll and compensation.
Qualifications
- Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on team engagement, learning and development, and employee relations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and trust with employees at all levels.
- Experience with performance management and talent development programs.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
