Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Telecom Billing Business Analysts with strong experience in U.S. telecom billing operations. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end billing processes, ensuring data accuracy, performing validations, and supporting overall billing operations for telecom clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage complete billing cycles for U.S.-based telecom clients.
- Perform detailed billing validations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
- Analyze billing data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth billing operations and process improvements.
- Support data extraction, reconciliation, and reporting activities as required.
- Directly interact with U.S. clients for requirement gathering, issue resolution, clarifications, and status updates.
- Participate in client meetings, provide billing insights, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Work in overlapping U.S. business hours to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Leverage AI-powered tools for data analysis, automation, reporting, anomaly detection, and process optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in USA telecom billing operations.
- Strong understanding of telecom billing processes, revenue cycles, and billing life cycle management.
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Experience with AI tools and platforms (such as generative AI tools, automation tools, or data analytics AI platforms) to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience handling U.S. client interactions.
- Ability to work during U.S. overlap hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Certifications in Telecom Billing, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics.
