Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand Telecom/ OSS/BSS domain concepts, processes, and industry best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using technologies like PostgreSQL, Python, and AWS.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, operations) to ensure project success.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies in the Telecom/ OSS/BSS domain.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the Telecom/ OSS/BSS domain.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, Python, and AWS.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• A passion for learning and a desire to stay current with the latest technologies.  
• Flexible to work on overlapping hours
