The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of dedicated HR experience and a strong foundational knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment by developing strong people relationships across all departments and levels.
- Serve as an empathetic and confidential point of contact for employee grievances, maintaining excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate conflict resolution and provide timely support.
- Drive employee engagement activities, surveys, and wellness programs to boost morale and retention.
Employee Branding and Content Creation:
- Own the narrative of our company culture by driving Employee Branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling content that showcases the employee experience and company values.
- Manage the company’s employer review platforms and external career profiles, ensuring a positive and consistent brand image.
Communication and Proactiveness:
- Exhibit excellent communication (verbal and written) in all internal announcements, policy updates, and training materials.
- Demonstrate proactiveness in anticipating potential HR issues or process improvements, recommending and implementing solutions before problems escalate.
- Prepare and present HR reports to management, clearly communicating key metrics like turnover, engagement scores, and recruitment pipeline status.
Core HR Operations and Ownership:
- Take ownership on all the HR Activities wherever involved
- Manage the HR Information System , ensuring data integrity and compliance with labor laws.
- Administer the performance management and rewards process, ensuring fairness and transparency.
