Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of talented Node.js developers
• Define and implement development best practices and standards
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Design and architect scalable and maintainable Node.js applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code that adheres to best practices and coding standards
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Node.js and JavaScript technologies
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members
• Resolve technical challenges and troubleshoot issues

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Node.js development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features
• Deep understanding of Node.js internals, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous programming
• Experience with popular Node.js frameworks and libraries (e.g., Express, NestJS, Fastify)
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
