Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AWS migration strategies for enterprise applications
• Assess customer environments and workloads to determine the best migration approach (lift-and-shift, refactoring, etc.)
• Design and architect secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Migrate applications to AWS using proven methodologies and tools
• Automate migration processes wherever possible to ensure efficiency and repeatability
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-migration
• Stay up-to-date on the latest AWS services, features, and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior team members

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on cloud technologies
• Proven experience in leading and executing large-scale AWS migration projects
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, etc.) and their capabilities
• Strong understanding of cloud migration strategies and best practices
• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
