Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and test procedures to ensure high software quality. 
• Perform manual, automation, and AI-assisted testing across applications. 
• Identify, isolate, document, and track software defects through resolution. 
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to understand requirements and define effective test strategies. 
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing. 
• Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG). 
• Leverage AI-powered testing tools for intelligent test case generation, defect prediction, and test optimization. 
• Analyze test results and provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders. 
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in an Agile environment. 
• Stay updated with the latest QA methodologies, automation tools, and AI advancements in software testing. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• 3 years of professional experience in software testing (manual + automation). 
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices. 
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JMeter or similar frameworks. 
• Experience working with AI-based testing tools or frameworks is required. 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python. 
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. 
• Exposure to cloud-based testing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
• Experience in performance and load testing. 
• ISTQB or equivalent QA certification.
